No Nuts Cymbal Sleeves Black 3-pack Press Fit Tilter Post Sleeve and Seat

Katia de Peyer $ 17.99
No Nuts Cymbal Sleeves! 3-pack Black. Produced with a super tough, yet flexible material, No Nuts Cymbal Sleeves ignore the threading and squeeze fit over the end of 6mm and 8mm cymbal stand tilter posts.  They’ll also fit on most vintage 1/4×20 cymbal stand posts.  NOTE: For 6mm and 1/4×20 posts, you’ll need a long enough tilter post that is thicker in diameter past the threaded portion so the No Nuts Sleeve can grip it. The Cymbal Sleeve base is 1 1/2in. diameter and it’s 2 5/8in. tall. No Nuts Cymbal Sleeves have been specifically developed to make the lives of drummers easier while optimizing cymbal handling and performance. There is no other product on the market today that can mount a cymbal with one component without there being risk to the cymbal and/or the performance. This new patented product provides a number of cymbal handling and performance benefits to drummers, some of which have never existed before now. Simply place your cymbals over the sleeve and you are ready to go!  Lift the cymbals off and pack the sleeve away with the stand at the end of the gig.  The cymbal rests on the sleeve completely unrestricted from above.  Switch cymbals during a performance or quickly test cymbals in the studio with an easy on and off.  The extended length of the sleeve prevents the cymbal from dismounting during even the hardest hitting performances.  Our flexible material cushions and protects the cymbal from key-holing against the metal stand, reducing cymbal warranty issues. The No Nuts Cymbal Sleeve is also tapered vertically and by using No Nuts CymRings (sold separately*) it can offer a unique opportunity for you to adjust the distance between the cymbal hole and the sleeve outside diameter.  By lifting the cymbal up the sleeve, the cymbal movement and resonance can be adjusted. – *See our other listings for a 6-pack of CymRings.  Adding CymRings to your No Nuts sleeve is also a great way to create cymbal stacks. Keep a few extra No Nuts cymbal sleeves in your tool kit.  If the backline set doesn’t have proper protection on the cymbal posts, you’ll be covered and your cymbals will be protected. About the Author

Katia de Peyer’s first book Dancing with MySelf, Sensuous Exercises for Body, Mind and Spirit (Nucleus Publications, 1991; La Source Press, 2026) introduced her method of inner-centering through movement, hailed by Diane von Furstenberg as a whole new attitude about exercising. Her second book Enjoy Your Healing Power (La Source Press, 2025) is an intuitive, helpful guide for developing our healing power.  A ballet dancer born in Paris who lived in Spain to further her studies in flamenco, Katia moved to New York in the late sixties to start a successful career as a personal trainer. There she met the virtuoso clarinettist Gervase de Peyer in 1976.  She and Gervase married in 1980 and lived for two decades in the US and then in the UK until Gervase’s death in 2017.  Katia continues her work as a writer and healer in London and New York.
