Description Title: How to Heal with Singing Bowls Introduction: Over the last few years, the use of Tibetan singing bowls to address a variety of ailments has drawn considerable interest in the West. Suren Shrestha is a master of these ancient techniques. This book includes detailed, step-by-step instructions and photographs showing how to place and strike the bowls for healing, relaxation, and meditation, and a downloadable audio file demonstrating some of the techniques. Benefits from singing bowl therapy include deep relaxation, relief from stress-related conditions and reducing pain from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and depression. Clients experience improved memory, mental clarity, vitality, and better sleep, often for several days following the treatment. Some of these methods have been taught to only a few Eastern practitioners, and Shrestha is committed to spreading them in the West to all who want to learn. By Suren Shrestha About the author: SUREN SHRESTHA grew up in Nepal, where he learned about traditional Tibetan healing therapies, and now he teaches these techniques throughout the U.S. The funds he raises through teaching and the sale of this book will be used to build an orphanage in his native village. About the Author

Katia de Peyer’s first book Dancing with MySelf, Sensuous Exercises for Body, Mind and Spirit (Nucleus Publications, 1991; La Source Press, 2026) introduced her method of inner-centering through movement, hailed by Diane von Furstenberg as a whole new attitude about exercising. Her second book Enjoy Your Healing Power (La Source Press, 2025) is an intuitive, helpful guide for developing our healing power.  A ballet dancer born in Paris who lived in Spain to further her studies in flamenco, Katia moved to New York in the late sixties to start a successful career as a personal trainer. There she met the virtuoso clarinettist Gervase de Peyer in 1976.  She and Gervase married in 1980 and lived for two decades in the US and then in the UK until Gervase’s death in 2017.  Katia continues her work as a writer and healer in London and New York.
