2 Set Manual Sausage Stuffer, Food Grade Sausage Maker, Plastic Hand Salami Maker with Handle, Homemade Meat Filler Stuffer with Tubes

Katia de Peyer $ 4.19
I’m quite pleased with this set of two Manual Sausage Stuffers. They work very well for small-batch sausage making or compressing any food item like cookie or biscuit dough into a small cylinder shaped novelty. For example, I used this sausage maker to extrude biscuit dough for making cinnamon rolls. It worked well with only half the mess of my former method of making the rolls. As a sausage maker, it’s great. I like to make my own sausage, so I can control all the ingredients like fat, spices, and artificial preservatives. I can broil the links and skip the skin that normally surrounds commercial products. This stuffer works similarly to a cookie press. The plunger extrudes the ground meat mixture by turning the handle. It’s just that simple. It’s ergonomically designed and works well. Each stuffer comes with two different size tubes. I used the smaller of the two sizes to press the last of the meat from the tube. Of course, the plunger stops at the tube, so what is in the tube needs to be pressed out the rest of the way. The handle of a wooden spoon worked equally as well. This stuffer is easy to clean, works nicely, and is inexpensive. I recommend to other customers who are looking for a simple way to make your own small-batch sausages.

About the Author

Katia de Peyer’s first book Dancing with MySelf, Sensuous Exercises for Body, Mind and Spirit (Nucleus Publications, 1991; La Source Press, 2026) introduced her method of inner-centering through movement, hailed by Diane von Furstenberg as a whole new attitude about exercising. Her second book Enjoy Your Healing Power (La Source Press, 2025) is an intuitive, helpful guide for developing our healing power.  A ballet dancer born in Paris who lived in Spain to further her studies in flamenco, Katia moved to New York in the late sixties to start a successful career as a personal trainer. There she met the virtuoso clarinettist Gervase de Peyer in 1976.  She and Gervase married in 1980 and lived for two decades in the US and then in the UK until Gervase’s death in 2017.  Katia continues her work as a writer and healer in London and New York.
