Amethyst and Diamond White Gold Stud Earrings

Katia de Peyer $ 98.05
Description This classic pair of earrings feature a single faceted oval cut amethyst with a trefoil of round brilliant cut diamonds set above. The rich, deep purple of the amethyst contrasts perfectly with the sparkle of the diamonds and the crisp 9ct white gold setting. These pretty earrings are finished with 9ct white gold post and scroll fittings. The intense purple colour of amethyst has made this variety of quartz a popular choice in jewellery for many years. Chosen as the birthstone for Febuary and to celebrate 33 years of marriage, amethyst is said to bring calm and healing properties to the wearer, whilst the ancient Romans believed this vibrant gemstone would protect against drunkeness! An alternative to all diamond earrings, coloured gemstone and diamond earrings are suited to both formal and casual occasions and make an ideal gift to mark many special occasions. Personalise your selection choosing your birthstone, anniversary gemstone or even your favourite colour. There are many combinations available in a range of sizes, styles and settings from which to choose. About the Author

Katia de Peyer’s first book Dancing with MySelf, Sensuous Exercises for Body, Mind and Spirit (Nucleus Publications, 1991; La Source Press, 2026) introduced her method of inner-centering through movement, hailed by Diane von Furstenberg as a whole new attitude about exercising. Her second book Enjoy Your Healing Power (La Source Press, 2025) is an intuitive, helpful guide for developing our healing power.  A ballet dancer born in Paris who lived in Spain to further her studies in flamenco, Katia moved to New York in the late sixties to start a successful career as a personal trainer. There she met the virtuoso clarinettist Gervase de Peyer in 1976.  She and Gervase married in 1980 and lived for two decades in the US and then in the UK until Gervase’s death in 2017.  Katia continues her work as a writer and healer in London and New York.
