For years the Jeep XJ 6 point cage kit has been D and C Extreme’s best seller, however Jeep XJ owners have been calling for an 8 point roll cage kit! D and C Extreme is now offering our Jeep XJ 8 Point roll Cage kit and we know you’ll enjoy it! This kit fits the 1984 – 2001 Jeep Cherokee. The tubes on our Jeep XJ 8 Point roll Cage are tucked up out of the way to provide ample interior space and head room. A properly installed cage kit gives the driver access to all knobs and buttons. Note: Some models may have an obstruction of the glove box since the glove box design changed throughout production. The Jeep XJ 8 Point Fastback roll cage is made with quality 1.5″ Hot Rolled Electric Welded (HREW) tube. If you don’t want anything but the best in materials we offer an upgrade to certified Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) tube! We purchase all of our tube in 20’ lengths, cut each piece to precise measurements, bend the cage, and pre-notch all the vital joints! This product requires installation by a competent and certified welder, using high-quality welding equipment and supplies. If you are not a qualified welder you should hire a professional/certified welder from your area. Welding this product should only be done with a minimum 220v/175a MIG Welder and .035 wire. Minor trimming may be needed for exact fitment to customer vehicles. D and C Extreme has made every effort to make cage kits strong and easy to install.
