The tubes on our Jeep Cherokee XJ Roll Cage are tucked up out of the way to provide ample interior space and head room. This kit fits the 1984 – 2001 Jeep Cherokee. A properly installed cage kit gives the driver access to all knobs and buttons. Note: Some models may have an obstruction of the glove box since the glove box design changed throughout production. The Jeep Cherokee XJ Roll Cage is made with quality 1.5″ Hot Rolled Electric Welded (HREW) tube. If you don’t want anything but the best in materials we offer an upgrade to certified Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) tube! We purchase all of our tube in 20’ lengths, cut each piece to precise measurements, bend the cage, and pre-notch all the vital joints! If you are not a qualified welder you should hire a professional/certified welder from your area. Welding this product should only be done with a minimum 220v/175a MIG Welder and .035 wire.
